Haven't you heard??

Pea salad is the new broccoli salad!
It's all the rage!
- at least at my Easter dinner table it was.

Here is my favorite pea salad recipe, or the base recipe at least. Up the peas to about 12-14 oz. Make sure your cashews are salted and also add about 2 teaspoons of sugar. You won't regret it.

But if you still insist on broccoli salad, this recipe is awesome. It has peas in it so it's yummy. Also, if you add some dried cranberries, it gives it a little sweetness and you can omit the honey.

Either way you can't go wrong. But try to pea salad. My kids eat it up like it's candy. Which shouldn't surprise you since they also eat salmon and mushrooms like they're made of Blue Bell ice cream.
